Please follow the steps below when returning merchandise:
1) Returns must be pre-authorized within 5 days of receipt of goods.
2) Return freight to be pre-paid.
3) Original packing slip or invoice must accompany the returned item(s).
4) Goods returned must be in the same condition as received. No credit will
be issued for any items altered (brushed, combed, picked, worn, not in original
box, tag or net removed.) Goods must be in original factory setting.
5) Re-stocking fee of 30% of the merchandise total.
6) We will gladly exchange or credit your account in the event of a factory
defect. However, no credit will be issued after 30 days from the date of invoice.
